About us

Wasteless is a specific waste management association (Producer Responsibility Organization of Georgia - Georgian Producers' Extended Liability Association) dedicated to helping companies transition towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. It also actively promotes waste management awareness across Georgia.

The association is a non-profit legal entity that in 2022 obtained authorization from the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia to manage specific waste in four directions: waste oils, used tires, electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators.

Wasteless oversees waste collection and ensures its proper management. Collected waste is transferred to local contractors for analysis and decomposition, while non-recyclable materials are exported. This approach allows Wasteless to efficiently handle waste while fostering the adoption of circular economy principles in Georgia.

Our goal

Wasteless aims to help businesses manage waste properly, which contributes to the preservation of environmental resources and sustainable business development. Our mission is to raise awareness in Georgia about the importance of waste management and to reduce the generation of hazardous waste by encouraging the reuse of materials. Through our purposeful actions, we want to create a society where waste minimization and efficient use of resources are priorities for both individuals and organizations.

As a socially responsible association, we aim to unite businesses and civil society around the common goal of fostering a more sustainable and environmentally conscious Georgia.  Our activities also include educational initiatives and social activities aimed at introducing a culture of social responsibility and encouraging waste reduction.
