Information about the repeated meeting of members of the Extended Liability Association of Producers
A(A)IPE “Georgian Producers’ Extended Liability Association”
We hereby inform you that the repeated general meeting of members of A(A)IPE “Georgian Producers’ Extended Liability Association” (Registered No. 406350112) will be held on January 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the following address: Tbilisi, 118 Tsereteli Avenue (Expo Georgia Exhibition Center), Pavilion 3, with the following agenda:
1. In accordance with the amendments to be made to the Charter of A(A)IPE “Georgian Producers’ Extended Liability Association”, consideration and approval of the new version of the Charter.
2. As a result of the authorization of the Association at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, taking into account the inclusion in the collective scheme for compliance with the extended producer obligation, the following waste/waste directions subject to the extended producer obligation: 1. Electrical and electronic equipment; 2. Oils; 3. Tires and 4. Batteries and accumulators recycling tax.
3. Discussion and approval of the Association's 2025 budget.
We would like to inform you that in order to attend the meeting, please send a person authorized to act as a manager or/and represent you.
