Meeting with the Czech Development Agency

Within the framework of the EU-supported QUIS project in Tbilisi, a meeting organized by the Czech Development Agency was held, focusing on the safety and quality of non-food products. The event aimed to raise consumer awareness and highlight the importance of making informed purchasing decisions.

During the meeting, key topics such as quality infrastructure, international standards, and the responsibilities of government institutions and manufacturers were discussed. Practical examples from various sectors were presented, including toys, clothing, furniture, and construction materials. The event once again emphasized the importance of ensuring access to high-quality and safe products.

The meeting concluded with a panel discussion, during which participants, including the Chairman of Wasteless, Giorgi Guliashvili, shared their perspectives on the impact of quality infrastructure across different sectors and presented the views of civil society, the private sector, and public institutions.
