Information about the meeting of members of the Extended Producer Responsibility
Members of the Georgian Extended Liability Association
We hereby inform you that the General Meeting of Members of the Georgian Extended Liability Association (Registered Business Number 406350112) will be held on January 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the following address: Tbilisi, 118 Tsereteli Avenue (Expo Georgia Exhibition Center), Pavilion 3, with the following agenda:
1. Discussion and approval of the new version of the Charter in accordance with the amendments/supplements to be made to the Charter of the Georgian Extended Liability Association.
2. As a result of the authorization of the Association by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, taking into account the inclusion in the collective scheme of compliance with the extended producer obligation, the following waste/waste directions subject to the extended producer obligation: 1. Electrical and electronic equipment; 2. Oils; 3. Tires and 4. Batteries and accumulators recycling tax.
3. Discussion and approval of the Association's 2025 budget;
We hereby additionally inform you that in order to attend the meeting, please send a person authorized to manage and/or represent you and/or a proxy, with a duly certified power of attorney.
